This fully functioning docking station Android type mobile phone charger can be used to charge your Samsung phone and many similar Android phones. The docking station charger with built in camera and recorder as well as the ability to function as a Wi-Fi IP camera. Video can be recorded at up to 1080p onto a 32 GB card.
Recording quality is up to 1080p HD at 30 fps and recordings are stored onto a internal SD card of up to (32 GB not supplied).
Once connected by Wi-Fi you can change settings stream live video and download recordings to your smart phone.
The Wi-Fi can be used in 2 different modes the first mode is just connecting between the camera and your handset with a range of up to 50 metres or you can wirelessly connect to your router which will then allow you to control and view the recordings from anywhere in the world as long as you have a internet connection. Once the device is set-up, you can also ‘hide the SSID’ so it does not show up to others.
Note: the charging function will not work with USB type C connectors such as those on the Galaxy S8, S9 and S10 as they are a different fitting.
